Guest guest Posted November 5, 2005 Report Share Posted November 5, 2005 --- Traci, the soy cheesecake is FANTASTIC : ). I made mine with a shortbread crust using Earth Balance instead of granola. My sinuses like it better than dairy ones : ). My husband's aunt is also severely allergic to dairy products and loved it--even the " others " tried it and liked it. With cheesecake season upon me soon this one will be in my freezer just for me : ). I'm the designated baker in our family and I normally bake 20-30 cheesecakes for friends/family at Christmas. try it--you won't be disappointed : )...............
