Guest guest
Hi Donna. The flavor is wonderful, sort of like a spice cake with ribbons of mocha fudge running through, and on the bottom there is a mocha warm pudding or syrup. You cut the cake-like part and use a spatula to scoop it on a plate and might have to go back to get all the warm fudgy-mocha pudding part to drizzle on top and over the scoop of ice cream. It is a fun dish for kids to make because you put the batter in the pan, then sprinkle it with the sugar-cocoa powdery layer and then last pour the coffee over top. The coffee bakes down through the cake and pulls the sugary-cocoa down with it and makes the mocha pudding layer on the bottom... so it goes upside down. *lol* Enjoy! ~ pt ~ What you do is of little significance; but it is very important that you do it. ~ Mohandas K.
