Guest guest
I made the crab cakes a couple of days ago that Debbie posted. Let me tell you, these little cakes can be used many ways! The 1st time I had them I had them with tartar sauce...very good. The next time I heated them up I also made mashed potatoes and served Donna's Mushroom Gravy on the crab cakes and the potatoes...wonderful. Donna that gravy rocks! Then today I put the cold crab cake on wheat bread, slapped on some Vegenaise and added a slice of cranberry sauce and it was absolutely YUMMY! Jane CRAB CAKES (posted by Debbie)Ingredients: 2 cups grated zucchini 2 large eggs -- beaten 1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs 3 green onions -- chopped 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon mayonnaise vegetable oil tartar sauce Directions: Drain zucchini, pressing between layers of paper towels.
