Guest guest
Hi Cyndy, I was one of the worst eaters. My Aunt used to make all my favorite foods creative. She would put things together on the plate like celery and a spoonful of peanut butter and a few of my favorite crakers along with my foods I didn't care for and I would end up eating everything. She would also let me help her cook, like peeling the vegetables, etc. That did help me. I don't believe in forcing food down a childs throst, they usually end up disliking that food. If she likes potatoes then try oven fries and see if she will eat them with a veggie burger. She can put ketchup on both of those since she loves ketchup.
