Hi Denise, You had a nice time at work. Oh that Swedish appeilpaj, this is now

the appelpaj gang. That is the best recipe, isn't it? So easy to make also.

I was thinking of making one right now and taking it to work tomorrow but of

course there will be a big slice out of it when I go in. I can't stay out of

it.

What a tribute! We had a pretty fun Halloween, too. Since the office

likes to pick a theme we voted on all dressing up as a different month

of the year. The winner was April Showers, she built a shower around

herself! Very good. I was a growing piece of corn, I'll post a photo

of me with the winner in my file.

 

I'm probably the last person in this group to make the Applepaj, but I

baked it up late last night for our potluck. Oh my, it took everything

to keep from digging into it early. Thankfully it was so late,

11:30pm, and I still had to let it cool, that I just went to bed. But,

I had a good size piece today and it is scrumptious! And it was so

incredibly easy to make! I used some nutmeg (which I love) since I

only had cardomon seeds and didn't want to hand grind any up.
