Don't know why but here's a recipe to make your own:

 

Sift together

2 Tbsp. cream of tartar

1 Tblsp. baking soda

1 Tbsp cornstarch

Store in airtight container. use same as store bought.

Cool, ANgela!!! I read the starch keeps it dry so the other parts

don't react with the moisture in the air... so you could make this one

aheadof time and store it just like the stuff you buy... :-)
