Here is mine. 1/2 Cup kidney beans (dried) 1/2 Cup pinto beans (dried) 1/2 Cup great northern beans 1 onion diced 1/2 green pepper diced 1 or 2 or more cloves of garlic chopped 1 TBS chili powder 1/2 TBS cumin powder Red pepper flakes to taste 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes in juice (reserve juice) 1 tsp vegetarian soup base or bouillon 1/2 TBS flour 1 tsp oil 1 cup corn Cook beans until soft. When bean are ready saute onion in the oil until soft. Add green pepper, cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Add chopped garlic, chili and cumin powders and red pepper flakes. Mix to make sure seasonings are combines with onions and peppers. Sprinkle with fluor and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix bouillon with water and add to reserve tomato juice to equal 2 cups of liquid. Add tomatoes, cooked beans, reserve juice with bouillon and corn to onion mixture. Stir to combine simmer for about 15 minutes.
