Intro Welcome in Jeaninne and Thanks for your recipe

Hu Jeannine,

Welcome in and I have posted your recipe in our files under soy based dishes and

then the tofu folder.

It sounds delicious. Have you ever tried eggless egg salad? I'm sure the kids

might try that or the tofuna (mock tuna) salad.

I have had eggless egg salad before--at a deli near my house. But I have always

failed at making it at home... I will look in the files and try again though!

And no..I have never seen tofuna prepared before... I didn't know it existed!
