Two vegetarians there also so I gave them the group address in hopes they join up here. Japanese Spaghetti 1 Tbl. grated fresh ginger 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup lite soy sauce or tamari sauce 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup rice rice vinegar 2 Tbls. sugar 2 Tbls. honey 1 cup grated daikon white radish 1 cup grated carrots 8 green onions chopped, including the tops 1 pound spaghetti While the spaghetti is cooking make the sauce. Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, sugar and honey in a one quart saucepan over medium heat. bring to a boil and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. When spaghetti is done, drain and toss with homemade teriyaki sauce. Stir in daikon radish, carrots and green onions. Ready to serve. FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
