oh donna, don't go to that trouble. i'm sure i can

find that recipe if i looked hard enough. lol. i like

using the regular masa well enough. i had just made

masa with homniny before and wondered if you had. :)

 

last week, i checked out a cookbook called tamales 101

by alice gaudalupe tapp

and it looks like a fabulous cookbook for tamales.

has a whole chapter on vegan and vegetarian tamales.

it also has a chapter on all kinds of yummy sauces

(that can easily be vegetarianized by a few

substitutions).
