you are most welcome, donna. whenever i make tamales,

i always make a double batch. they freeze so well.

whenever dh want a tamale, he can just take it out of

the freezer and zap it for 45 seconds in the

microwave. also great for quick dinners.

 

have you ever made masa using canned hominy? i used to

have a recipe but can't find it now.
