Guest guest Posted October 27, 2005 Report Share Posted October 27, 2005 Sicilian Tomatoes with Mozzarella 1/2-tsp dried basil 1-tsp dried oregano 2-tsp dried parsley 1-19oz can of stewed tomatoes 1 1/2-cups seasoned croutons 1-cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1-tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Mix most of the basil, oregano, parsley, and stewed tomatoes with half the croutons Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole dish Sprinkle remaining croutons, basil, oregano, parsley, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese over top Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375* until cheese is melted and thoroughly warm Makes 4 servings Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
