I can't wait to try with apples as I now have 9 lbs fresh honeycrisp apples to get through : ). grocer had them for $1.50/3 lbs so I had to stock some to enjoy--they are my favorite next to Fuji : ). Cinnamon Pear Smoothie 1 ripe banana, broken into several pieces 2 medium soft apples or ripe pears, peeled, cored, and coarsely diced 1 c. vanilla lowfat yogurt or soy yogurt (I used plain ff) 1 c. apple juice or cider 1/4 tsp cinnamon combine all in blender or food processor till smooth. 2-3 servings Anne Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
