I noticed you are all talking about my favorite food... my Paternal Grandmother is from Poland and makes the best Perogies... I need to get the receipe off of her and veggie them up, as she puts bacon in them... I cannot eat store-bought as they never taste the same to me... LOL... Grandma's are made with bacon and cottage cheese filling... but I bet I could use fake bacon and they would probably taste the same... I asked her once for the recipe but she says it isn't written down... its all done by memory.. *grin* So next time she makes them I'll have to watch her with a pen and paper in hand...
