There are a few Filipina women at work but they rarely bring any food in, I

work with quite a few Latina's and they don't care for Filipino food. Once in a

great while one will stop at the Filipino bakery and bring in a bag of this

bread for breakfast. It's like thick slices of french bread, then it has better

and sugar on top and it's bake to the hard crispy texture of a biscotti almost.

Do you eat this one?

For 3 years I ate lunch with my friend Angela and she would bring food and we

would share. She loved my food also so this made lunch very interesting. Her

favorote treat would be my mashed potatoes.
