Guest guest Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 makes 8 servings, 150 calories, 1.4 grams of fat and 29 grams of carbohydrates per serving 2 large eggs 1 cups of canned or cooked pumpkin or yams (1lb can) 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder 2/3 c. brown or white sugar 1/4 tsp salt 11/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon 1/4 cup flour 1 cup water preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except water in a large bowl. Slowly tire in water. Mix well. Pour in a greased 9 in pie plate bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
