Now Angelina would make pancit with the rice stick noodles and I know how to make that one. I don't have my recipe posted here. I would love to see your version. She made lumpia in little rolls and would put veggie meat in the center and fry up. She also made me vegetarian egg rolls but they were out of a thin rice paper looking wrapper and they were much larger than limpia. If she made these on the weekend she would freeze and bring them to work for me frozen and i would take home and fry them myself. Now there is one dessert that's like a dark purple color and I don't like that one. By the way, what is that? Oh, she made flan too, very good and different from the Mexican version. My brother-in-law makes a Yucatacan flan called Napolitano but he uses about 12 eggs and it weighs about 5 pounds. I don't think that version is very healthy to eat often.
