Guest guest Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 This is my families favorite dinner we add non dairy sour cream to it. Its a very colorful dish and soooo tasty. Makes 4-6 servings 16 – 24 perogies 2 – 3 tbsp. Canola Oil Stir Fry Vegetables Onions,green/red Peppers, Zucchini, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, etc Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add perogies and brown lightly on both sides until heated through. Remove perogies and keep warm. Add vegetables to skillet and sauté until tender crisp. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons water and cover with lid. Combine perogies and vegetables with your favourite stir fry sauce and season to taste.
