This is my families favorite dinner we add non dairy sour cream to it.

Its a very colorful dish and soooo tasty.

Makes 4-6 servings

16 – 24 perogies

2 – 3 tbsp. Canola Oil

Stir Fry Vegetables Onions,green/red Peppers, Zucchini, Broccoli,

Cauliflower, Carrots, etc

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add perogies and brown lightly on

both sides until heated through. Remove perogies and keep warm. Add

vegetables to skillet and sauté until tender crisp. Add 1 – 2

tablespoons water and cover with lid. Combine perogies and vegetables

with your favourite stir fry sauce and season to taste.
