crab cakes

Hi Everybody,

I made the crab cakes posted by Debbie the other night. I changed her recipe

here and there though, as I am a curry and garlic lover, so I posted my version

next to her version in our recipe files, it's under veggie and tofu based " meat "

dishes.

 

My hubby was being sarcastic when I as sitting down to eat them, saying, " yeah,

the day you find a zucchini to taste like a crab you let me know and I will call

the proper facility "

well, I took a bite, and oh my! I used the tarter sauce with it and oh my! LOL,

how yummy. I ate it with some rainbow chard.

So I said to him, " here, taste it. " He was reluctant, but I yelled at him, and

then he did, and ya know what he said? He said, " wow, that is pretty good, it's

amazing actually. "

LOL

I bet if I made these for guests they wouldn't even know that is wasn't crab.
