Question about flaxseeds

I grind it and put in the freezer to keep it nice and fresh. I have never dried

it between towels. I usually buy a bulk pound and when I get home I toss it in

the blender to grind. I put it in cookie dough, quick bread batter and toss on

top of rice or add to my bowl of cereal. It's really easy to incorporate into

your food.

Hugs back to you, Donna

Hi Heather,

you may wish to experiment with drying it out too. I learned that the texture is

different if you let it dry between two towels. I don't have much experience

with this though, what do ya think Donna?

LOL, I am sorry Donna. I should have clarified what it was I was talking about.

I was talking about the tofu, not the flax.
