I don't like regualr green bean casserole but this is good. 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 2 c. sour cream 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 4 cans French-style green beans 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease a 1 1/2 qt casserole. 2. melt butter and make paste with flour. add sour cream. when hot and bubbly, remove from heat and stir in Swiss cheese. when cheese melted, add green beans. pour into casserole dish. 3. baked uncovered 30 minutes in oven till bubbly. ***it's really good with some caraway seed in it*** Anne Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
