I justed wanted to " add " something, since everyone here has been so

gracious with all of the advice and recipes.

I had this today for lunch and it was AWESOME!!!!

I took a grilled gardenburger patty

Sprinkled a little oil on top

The sprinkled a little season salt (not sure if this is vegetarian?)

Added some thinly sliced garlic cloaves

Then added some thinly sliced onions

Sprinkled with a little bit more olive oil, salt and pepper

Then I made up a little aluminum " pocket " and placed my burger

inside and baked it for about 20 on 375 degrees.

Put it on a bun, with my new mayonnaise " Veganaise " ;), and added my

favorite toppings.

It was SOOOO good, and quick and easy too!

Note**

Thank-you all for your recommendation on this mayonnaise, it is

REALLY the BEST mayonnnaise!!! I was laughing when I opened up the

jar, 'cause I old my hubby that it actually looked and smelled like

real mayonnaise.

I couldn't believe the taste, unbelievable!!!!

That sounds almost like the hobo recipe, doesn't it? I have to try it soon.

I'm happy you are another confirmed Veganaise addict now. That is the best mayo

on the market and it's vegan.
