--- this looks like an interesting soup : ). I have NO idea what

chestnuts taste like at all. I'm still trying to figure out why I have

them : ). fresh chestnuts do not exist around here and saw the dried

ones at a Chinese grocer but had no idea of what to do with

them : )......
