Guest guest
This is luscious! It's not like a pancake on the stove. It puffs up and sinks back own and you cut it like pie and top with powdered sugar and preserves too if you like. " Swedish Oven Pancake " 3 Tblspns. white sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/4 cup butter 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar to dust the top Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together white sugar, cinnamon and cardamom and set aside. Place butter in a 9 inch cake pan or a 9 X 9 inch square pan and heat in the oven until melted. With hand mixer , whip eggs and milk. Pour in flour and beat until well combined. Pour batter into hot pan. Sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Dust with confectioners' sugar; slice and serve warm. Top with lingonberry or blueberry preserves. This will serve 4 to 6 but that depends on the size and if you want seconds. " I guarantee you, this place will blow your mind.
