Guest guest
Michelle, you have to try this recipe with the vegannaise. I hoping you can find it where you live. Donna I make this and also serve the bottled regular ranch and this one is gone in minutes and everyone asked where they can get this one and who's brand is it......LOL " Native Foods Ranch Dressing " 1 cup Vegan mayonnaise1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. black pepper2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley1/2 to 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (you can adjust the thickness) Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Chill until ready to use. This is wonderful on salads, as a dip for veggies or chips, over rice, etc. cheles2kids <cheles2kids wrote:Okay all of you pros here, I need a recommendation on a good mayonnaise substitute. I bought the nasoya, and can I just say......EWWWW! I need something that at least tastes similar and smells similar to the real thing. Okay, one more question. Is tofu one of those things that you either like or you don't? Or is it more a gradual taste? Just curious, 'cause we made smoothies the other night and I added some silken to my smoothie and it seemed to give it an " off " taste? Maybe used too much? I'm really not sure, but I've been told by alot of people that you usually can't taste a difference if you add it in a smoothie or sauce, etc. Thanks so much!
