If you don't like waterchestnuts you can leave

them out. Or add some crunchy texture by stirring

in walnuts, cashews, or even celery.

as we do. i love spinach dip, and this is the first hot

spinach dip i'd ever had. Usually the hot dips are

the artichoke kind; which i also love! You could make

two witch's cauldrons with both dips! *lol*

I just love the idea of cashews I will do that instead. Great tip! I had a side

of hot spinach dip once at Fridays it wasnt that good. The only dip I care for

is one at Applebees it has the best mix of goodies in it. Thanks and Happy
