No! Don't eat raw cookies dough. Control yourself,LOL Believe me you

shouldn't eat raw egg. Salmonella could be in it. You will love these cookies

baked up... Did you have cardamom to put in them? If not try to use it next

time.

I can't say enough good things about this spice. If you can't find it let me

know. I'll toss some in the mail to you if you write me offlist

I did not know it had to refridgerate overnight, so after I pouted, I

got out a spoon and dug into the raw batter!! It was wonderful! It

brought back memories of when I was a child and visiting Williamsburg,

VA. They made ginger cookies there and these taste just like them!

Thanks for sharing. I am going to make a bunch of these recipes up

and give as " gifts in a jar " . This will be a sure hit!

No I did not have it (cardamom) so I did not use it. I will look for it at the

store next time I go.
