Guest guest Posted October 18, 2005 Report Share Posted October 18, 2005 I suggest we change the name of these to " sin " Pepparkakor Balls (Swedish ginger balls) " . I did not know it had to refridgerate overnight, so after I pouted, I got out a spoon and dug into the raw batter!! It was wonderful! It brought back memories of when I was a child and visiting Williamsburg, VA. They made ginger cookies there and these taste just like them! Thanks for sharing.
