Artichoke Salsa recipe

Took this with me to a baby shower over the weekend and it was a huge hit.

 

ARTICHOKE SALSA

 

1 jar 6 1/2 ounce marinated artichoke hearts, reserve a tablespoon of liquid

and chop hearts

3 roma tomatoes, chopped

2 tablespoons of onion, chopped

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1 tablespoon garlic minced

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

salt and pepper

1/2 of a jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

 

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with pita chips, crusts of bread

or tortilla chips.
