Guest guest
I got my sisters recipe to post here. I had these last night at her house. I have my beer headache right now or I would have got in here earlier and posted this. Boquitas (in Spanish it means little mouthfuls) 1 15 ounce can of refried beans or you could use the homemade ones 1 dozen no lard flour tortillas 1 cup of grated cheedar cheese 2 cups of salsa jar or homemade Mash the refried beans with a fork to make them easy to spread. Cut the tortillas in half. Fill each half tortilla with refried beans and sprinkle a little cheese on them. Fold tortilla over to make a triangle sort of shape. In a large frying pan heat a little oil, if you prinkle a drop og water and it sizzles then it's hot enough. Fry boguitas in batches, squeezing the edges closed with the metal tongs when turning them. Cook up until the tortillas are golden brown about 1 - 2 minutes on each side.Drain on paper towels. Serve with salsa on the side. Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
