Guest guest Posted October 14, 2005 Report Share Posted October 14, 2005 I used to really like quiche and I enjoyed making it but the past couple of times it has really turned me off; even before my current pregnancy. The problem was overcooked egg, perhaps I should try again and try not to overcook it! LOL I like adding a touch of gouda cheese to my quiches because it gives it such a nice smokey flavor.
