Guest guest Posted October 14, 2005 Report Share Posted October 14, 2005 I don't usually peel lighter skinned apples but I did notice the red apple skin turns an ugly shade in breads, etc. I tossed them in lemon juice before cooking and that doesn't help. I wondered if anyone else noticed this.
