Guest guest
Here's a very tasty kale recipe I recently discovered. Austrian Kale 2 bunches of Kale, washed 2 Cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 med Onion, coarsely chopped 2 Tblspns. Oil 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth 4 med Potatoes, cut into 4 to 6 chunks per potato 1 Stalk celery, chopped salt & pepper to taste Sour cream (garnish) optional Cut the kale leaves into 1/2-inch-wide strips. Blanch them in lightly salted boiling water for one minute. Set aside. Saute the garlic and onion in oil until lightly browned. Add the broth, potatoes, celery, and blanched kale. Simmer together until potatoes are tender. Stir; season with salt and pepper, garnish with sour cream (optional) and serve. " I guarantee you, this place will blow your mind.
