These are quick to make and so delicious.

 

" Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes "

 

1 1/2 lbs of red potatoes

4 cloves of garlic minced

2 Tblspns. of olive oil

1 tsp. salt

1/2 black pepper

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Toss potatoes

with remaining ingredients and place in a 9 X 13 inch roasting pan. Roast for

20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned. Stir once during roasting.

I can't believe you posted this Donna, that is so weird, I was just about to

serchthe web for a recipe! LOL I picked 3 up dirt cheap yesterday.
