the heck do you take the lining out of a stomach!! That is the most

horrible thing I have ever heard of !! Shoot fire, I had the lining

taken out of my uterus but I would not even think of eating it!!

Where do people come up with this " way to eat " ? That sounds like

something off a TV show.

Well, traditionally ALL sausages are made with stomach or intestinal

lining, that's what holds it all together, because sausage is ground pork.

Also, if you really want to cut gelatin out of your diet, then read

labels for yoghurt and products that contain yoghurt (such as Brumel &

Brown spread) and sour cream. Pretty much the only yoghurt that I've

found that doesn't have gelatin is organic, but I know the brand

Nancy's is okay and not sure if it's organic. The only ingredient that

should be listed for sour cream is cream. Daisy is a good brand for that.

In addition, many dairy products that are light/low fat use gelatin as

a thickening agent. SO READ YOUR LABELS.
