Guest guest
I made these today for lunch, greens are packed with nutrition. One bag frozen mustard greens. (it's probably better to use fresh, but I only had frozen) 1 can cream of mushroom soup I package cream cheese 8 oz. half teaspoon garlic powder black pepper and salt some mozzarella cheese cook mustard greens in about 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. boil on medium to low for about 15 minutes. It sounds long but it's fine. While this is cooking melt cream cheese into the soup in microwave or on the stove, add the garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. When greens are done, drain them and pour sauce over greens, top with the mozzarella cheese. This is way better than creamed spinach in my opinion ) Blessings, Chanda
