I need recipes or instructions on what to do > with it. I know you can do lots of things with it. If you use extra water, it gets soft & mushy, if you use a little less it's separate, more like rice. In any case, here's the recipe I usually use it in: Maple Millet Delight from " Tasty Vegan Delights " Lawson & Puffer Combine in a casserole: 1 c dry millet 1 c dates, chopped 1/2 tsp salt 4 c boiling water 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla Blend in a blender till creamy: 1/3 c raw almonds 2/3 c water Combine with other ingredients in casserole. Cover and bake at 350*F for 1 hour. Stir before serving. Note: While I'm sure it's really delicious, I've always just used soymilk rather than making the almond milk.
