Butter Sauce for Vegetables 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 tablepsoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives 2 tablespoons of finely chopped watercress dash of cayenne pepper Melt butter in small saucepan. Heat just until butter starts to brown. Stir in lemon juice, add chives, watercress and cayenne. Stir. Serve hot over broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrorts, and any other side dish vegetable. Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
