I have resumed meditating and I have been paying a lot more attention to getting more exercise--which, for me, consists of belly dancing steadily for 15 or 20 minutes without a break. The two things taken together have left me less " hungry. " I put that in quotes because real physical hunger is pretty easy to fix but " hunger " is bottomless. I haven't lost any weight, but I've had some good days and I'm feeling better. Guest guest
Tonight I had the Autumn Orange soup. I thought it rocked. The meat eaters weren't thrilled, but they ate it without complaining, I serve this with croissants. then I had pierogies, wax beans, and mustard greens. This week I bought collard greens, mustard greens and turnip greens. I was originally looking for Kale cause Donna was talking about it, but I couldn't get the kale, LOL. I like all the greens. I had pumpkin pies for dessert, these little pumpkin pies, individual serving pies that I made. I put the leftover Autumn orange soup in a freezer bag, and I will take it out with me when I visit my sis over Halloween. She lives in Harrisburg PA,and they are big on Halloween out there, that's why I visit over Halloween every year. I think I am gonna call it Halloween soup, LOL. blessings, Chanda
