Guest guest
I have not been doing this veg style for long so I was hoping for some ideas. I like to try something I know other families enjoy. Cooking stuff from the net and cook books can be fun but also frightning. I still dont know half of the stuff thats out there for veg cooking. I have had a few people give me tips and such from the group here and eles where and it has been a Huge help.

Guest guest
Well, if you asked my partner, James, he would say that his favorite dinner is anything that starts out with sauteed onion and garlic and ends with cheese on top! LOL! As for me, I'd have to say enchiladas or enchilada pie or if I'm lazy bean & cheese burritos. But I love beans and tend to make a lot of Mexican style food. Guest guest
My husband and I make a lot of dishes with beans in them, too. We love tacos (with crumbles, black or refried beans, and the usual other stuff) and in the wintertime we barely have finished the leftovers from a pot of chili before we make another big batch. We like it on top of brown rice with some cheddar on top. At least I do, as I'm less disciplined about eating healthily than he is, heh. If he weren't trying to lose weight, his favorite meals would all start and finish the ways James' do as well. And I can't say that I disagree about that much myself! Nothing smells better than some onion and garlic sauteeing! -Craige On 10/12/05, organic_homestead <organic_homestead wrote: > > Well, if you asked my partner, James, he would say that his favorite > dinner is anything that starts out with sauteed onion and garlic and > ends with cheese on top!
