Hey Donna, it's " Cooking the Whole Foods Way " by Christina Pirello.

She is vegetarian, but the book is about macrobiotics as well, which

includes fish, so there is a chapter on fish, but the rest of the book

is all vegetarian.

oh I thought she was vegan, my bad, well anyway, if you can possibly catch her

show, she cooks up some fine vittles ;o)

She could be; it's been a while since I read the bio part of the

cookbook!!! I knew she was at least vegetarian...

all her recipes on line are vegan, even the cheese fries, LOL.

She could be; it's been a while since I read the bio part of the
