(Kidney stones, heart attacks, all sorts of fun stuff... ) David had higher than he would like blood pressure, as well as high cholesterol before we went veg. well, It's been 12 years now.. and he just did his cholesterol screening.. it was SOO Low.. I'll ask for certain, but it almost didn't register it was so low. his dad is on Lipidor, i think >> a drug to lower it.. and it irks david because he's done so naturally, and none of them will try =) oh well.. we keep hoping they'll figure it out eventually! and yes Paul... Please keep sending those simple recipes in! =) I think you underestimate those spuds in particular!
