Rooibos tea

I agree rooibos is my absolute favorite tea and it even tastes likt it has

caffeine it's not a wimpy pale fruity tea.

In my opinion Twinings Earl Grey tea is the finest, but I love Lipton's tea too

because it comes from central and eastern Africa where I used to live.

 

Another gorgeous tea is Lapsang Soochong but that one must be brewed lightly and

never served with milk.

It is my " i feel like a richer type of tea but don't want the caffeine

drink " too. =)

It helps the colic . . . just like the camomile tea which is very popular for

babies in continental Europe.
