No I'm not small, I'm over 6'2 " inches tall, maybe I have the wrong

first name after all.

I was worried when I joined this group if there would be a few men in

here. I think more and more men are caring about their health too.

I hope you like my recipe also. I did make it for a group potluck

and everyone wanted the recipe.

I have not baked cookies before and now I want to try one of the

recipes. I was thinking of the flax oatmeal ones or something from

the group files.
