Thanks Jenni, really makes me feel good that you made my simple

recipe. I will post more soon. I never thought I could make

something anyone would try since I don't have very much experience in

cooking. I sure am learning from this group and so happy I joined.

I really didn't know what a group was about.

Now I will try some flaxseed ground up and see what I can put it on.

Hello Paul (name meaning small, thus, the opposite of overbearing or obtrusive)

I know how you feel. Even though some of the best chefs are men, it seems that

we are the minority when it comes to cooking. I am happy to see there are other

men in this group that are happy to participate. I will be trying your potato

recipe soon, most likey this weekend. It sounds wonderful.
