Guest guest
Being a Latino I have spent many years eating lard in tortillas, meat with 3 meals a day and there is a lot of high blood pressure in my family you know. I decided I needed to make a change, my blood pressure was getting high and now it's OK I have found so many recipes in the files and everyone here is very helpful and I feel like I won't miss meat ever. So that's my reason. Thank you for explaining yours Chmda, it's very interesting. Since I do 90% of the cooking, he eats 90% vegetarian...
