Guest guest
I will be forever grateful for meeting up with the Krishna's on that day. My cookbook and beads are extremely sacred. I'll have to post some of the recipes. I was raised by a vegetarian Mom but she didn't force the issue knowing my stubborn personality it wouldn't do any good, if I ate a taco with friends or a burger it was my decision and believe be I did. I would say it was a spiritual as well as health decision for me. I would like to hear other members stories also. Was it heath reasons, or other reasons? For me personally it was for spiritual reasons first, thenhealth reasons, now just to annoy people. No just kidding,t hat is from the joke Amy sent in. Seriously after starting to study Shamanism, and hoping to someday meet with my spirit guide I realized that Icould no way meet with a spirit guide who's body Iwould normally consume. That got me thinking about all animals in general. Then when I started researching I discovered all the pain and agonythey go through, and realized how terrible it is to raise " God's " creatures for slaughter. After I became a vegetarian for these spiritual reasons, I started to feel better physically, then I was also doing it for health reasons, cutting down on fats such as butter etc. Now I feel so much better and my conscience is clear as well. hugs, Chanda Tell your story. I wanna hear it. ) " I guarantee you, this place will blow your mind. " Source: Norman Whitfield Psychedelic Shack Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
