Guest guest Posted October 11, 2005 Report Share Posted October 11, 2005 Fresh Veggie Wraps 8oz Cream cheese or vegan cream cheese 4 Soft wheat tortilla wraps 1cup Diced red tomatoes 1cup Sliced mushrooms 1/2 Cup chopped green onions 1 Red bell pepper cupinto thin strips 1cup Sliced black olives 1cup Shredded cheddar cheese or soy cheese 2cup Shredded lettuce or spinch leaves finely chopped 2T Garlic hot sauce (I use thick salsa and add minced garlic to it) sprinkle of herbs like Mrs. Dash or Spike Instructions: Prepare all the ingredients above. While preparing, let cream cheese sit on counter and warm to room temperature. Put cream cheese in mixing bowl and add garlic hot sauce and herbs. Mix thoroughly. Carefully spread the cheese mixture on the tortilla wrap from the center out to about 1 inch from the outside edge. Starting at the side of the wrap closest to your body, make a strip from left to right of all of the ingredients, starting with the diced tomatoes. Continue through all the ingredients until you have used them all. Then carefully roll the wrap, starting from the bottom, into a tight tube.
