Guest guest
Over 25 yrs ago the krishna's were having their festival fo the Chariots at Venice Beach. I was fascinated and took off my skates and spent the day with them. They gave me a nice cookbook, prayer beads (I still have both) food samples and flowers. I decided if veggie foos could taste that good and they were so willing to give me a book and welcome me into their festival, I would try doing this for one month. I never looked back. Mt Mom has always been a vegetarian but her food was so darn borning and I would always experiment in the kitchen but didn't always know what I was doing. I taught myself just as JLyn is doing and it really is fun. JLyn has been so committed to sticking with this lifestyle and it's wonderful she asks questuions. Oh, the Krishna's have a restaurant on venice Blve at the border of venice Beach and L.A. Donna Debra Thompson <Debrathompson wrote: Thanks Donna:) So...Krishnas turned you Veggie? What Temple?
