Guest guest Posted October 10, 2005 Report Share Posted October 10, 2005 Welcome into our group Michelle. I usually buy a 1/2 lb. bulk flaxseeds and gring in the blender, making flax flour. I toss it into my baking. Freeze the flax flour as it lasts longer this way. I have a flax quick bread that's in group recipe file and it's delish. I REALLY appreciate all of the advice I've been reading through the posts and some simple and yummy recipes.
